Rates and payment
Rates are per person per night and include half board, consisting of a varied breakfast and a 4-course dinner menu with salad buffet.
Additionally, a local tourist tax of €2.40 per person per day is levied for all guests aged 14 years and over, to be paid on site.

Cancellation
Bookings can be cancelled for free up until 30 days before the arrival date. Bookings cancelled at shorter notice, no-shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged in full.
Wednesday is our day off
Wednesday is the day of the week we devote to our family and loved ones. For this reason, we only serve breakfast on Wednesdays. For dinner, you can choose from several inns, restaurants and pizzerias in the vicinity.
Travel cancellation insurance

Arrival and departure
Your room will be at your disposal from 2 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure.

Dogs
Your dog is welcome by prior arrangement. If you are travelling with your four-legged friend, please let us know in advance so we can discuss all details. The surcharge is €15 per night, food excluded.
Transfer
If you are travelling by train or bus, please let us know in advance: we are happy to pick you up from Klausen train or bus station.
